When you compete internationally, you’re not just racing against other teams — you’re proving your technology works across borders, climates, and conditions. That’s exactly why Barbaro CAC Racing campaigns at Thailand’s Chang International Circuit.
Chang International Circuit: A World-Class Venue
Located in Buriram, Thailand, Chang International Circuit is a Grade 1 FIA-certified track that hosts World Superbike Championship races. The 4.554 km circuit features a mix of high-speed straights and demanding braking zones — perfect for testing brake performance.
Idemitsu Super Endurance & Super Turbo D4
Our team competes in the Idemitsu Super Endurance series and the Super Turbo D4 class. These races attract teams from across Southeast Asia, creating a competitive environment that pushes both drivers and equipment to their limits.
Racing in Thailand’s tropical heat (35°C+ ambient temperatures) adds another challenge. Brake cooling is more difficult, pad temperatures run higher, and compound stability becomes even more critical. It’s the perfect environment to validate our high-temperature formulations.
What We Learned
- Tropical heat resilience: Our compounds maintain friction coefficients even in extreme ambient temperatures
- International compatibility: Our pads work consistently across different rotor manufacturers and caliper types
- Extended heat cycles: Endurance racing in hot climates generates the most extreme thermal demands possible
These lessons flow directly into our product development. When we say our pads work in “all conditions,” we mean it — from China’s varied climate to Thailand’s tropical heat. Explore our range →
